Contacted Nathan in September 2024 He visited in October, identified remedial action First treatment - 29 November Second treatment - due the following week. Still not taken place (February) Multiple rearrangements (most on the day) prior to first treatment. For second treatment, Nathan has missed 3 appointments: 2 x no shows with no contact; 1 x contact late on the day No contact from Nathan since 10 January (>5 weeks). He does not reply to messages The treatment is unfinished. He needs to return and complete
