Sam tried using vacuum suction on the pipework under the sink. This did not clear the blockage. Used water jetting from drain cover in garden back ~9m up pipe under house together with use of drain camera to clear a large blockage of powder (from dishwasher?) like a rock.

shame i cant give more than 10, as a property investor i will not use anybody else, they are responsive, on time, and fairly reasonable but the most important fact they get the job done
