Absolute cowboys. Take your money, do a terrible job, stop answering your emails! Avoid at all costs.

The worst building company I have ever had dealings with. The Dormer has leaked many times due to cracked fibre glass roofing, which they said would be much better than other roofing materials. When we complain they just send roofers out and do a quick roller paint with acrypol, which lasts a few weeks and then peels off, so it leaks again ! This has been going on for 3 years now and we still get leaks. The customer service is apalling, I have to send numerous emails and then they other no long term solution. We have has to repaint our loft ceiling several times because of water mark staining.

It's nearly a year since completion and we are still really happy with our loft conversion. It's made such a difference to our house and family. It stayed very warm up there during the winter and cool through the summer heat. Absolutely no complaints from our experience. They gave us good down to earth advice with our initial plans, the price was competitive, all the trades were professional and very helpful and the project was finished on budget and pretty much on time! Our builder was particularly great - friendly, professional and worked very hard to get things finished to a high standard.

After dealing with this company for the last 6 months I can honestly say that they are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with communication is poor, the customer service is non-existent and the end product is not that great, they’ve also refused to remove the skip from my driveway, overall its been a nightmare dealing with this company

I was apprehensive about the project and the team at econoloft were really great throughout the process. The building team worked like demons and as I was onsite often during the day they were able to suggest a lot of improvements to my build that I hadn't thought of and I was able to make changes as I went. The plumber and electrician were great too. The team in the office were very supportive and were always helpful on the phone. Our build was quicker than we expected and the quality is good - we're really enjoying our new loft space.
