It's nearly a year since completion and we are still really happy with our loft conversion. It's made such a difference to our house and family. It stayed very warm up there during the winter and cool through the summer heat. Absolutely no complaints from our experience. They gave us good down to earth advice with our initial plans, the price was competitive, all the trades were professional and very helpful and the project was finished on budget and pretty much on time! Our builder was particularly great - friendly, professional and worked very hard to get things finished to a high standard.

After dealing with this company for the last 6 months I can honestly say that they are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with communication is poor, the customer service is non-existent and the end product is not that great, they’ve also refused to remove the skip from my driveway, overall its been a nightmare dealing with this company

I was apprehensive about the project and the team at econoloft were really great throughout the process. The building team worked like demons and as I was onsite often during the day they were able to suggest a lot of improvements to my build that I hadn't thought of and I was able to make changes as I went. The plumber and electrician were great too. The team in the office were very supportive and were always helpful on the phone. Our build was quicker than we expected and the quality is good - we're really enjoying our new loft space.

Non existant project management. Very poor communication, leading to problems. Told by loft company we were responsible for 18 week runover! Menial compensation offer.

This was a 5 week build. There was one minor alteration of a cupboard but we are 8 weeks down the line and the work are still not complete. The project management is a joke I learnt today after waiting 8 weeks for a plumber to complete his work that scaffolding is now needed and there will be further delay! The office staff are incompetent , Workmen turn up when they feel like it! Econoloft take no responsibility for their workman advising you to liaise with them directly but will badger you for payment within hours. I am a Chartered Surveyor and would never recommend this organisation.
