  Burglar Alarm Servicing

  Posted 13 October

  First class, proffessional job.

We asked Tom to come round to sort out our alarm system that our previous suppliers wanted too much money to do even though it failed just after an annual service! We fully expected to have to have a new system installed but he said the problem was easily solved, saving us a lot of money. He was also happy to take ove the annual servicing of our system. All through the process, he was very professional and explained what was needed and the cost. All in all a very professional job, well done by a friendly tradesman.

  CCTV - Supply & Installation

  Posted 10 August

  CCTV supply and installation

Tom surveyed the site thoroughly. He responded quickly to our request for quote and only quoted after the survey. He demonstrated professionally that he clearly understood our requirements. This reassured us that the quote was reliable and we found it represented good vfm. Tom booked in the installation promptly and carried out the work proficiently. He gave us a clear explanation of the installation and a detailed demonstration of the system and its capabilities. Tom preemptively resolved an issue with our wifi. We are very satisfied with our system and highly recommend Elite Fire & Security
