From our initial meeting with Tom, we have been thoroughly impressed with the dedication, personalised service and professionalism shown by him and his team. The job, which was a huge decision for us, has been completed to the highest quality and we cannot speak of Tom and his team highly enough. It was a pleasure to have them in our home and nothing was too much trouble for them. We highly recommend this company.

The owner of the business Tom is one of the most horrible con artist you could ever come across, they give us a price &halfway through the job they double the price when they finished they left adhesive all over the flooring which we had to spend £2000 to clear off they had done this on purpose. He continued harassing and saying he will come up to the property to rip out the flooring. We have the authorities involved now, stay away.

Tom and brother Joe came to the rescue when our original floor layer completely mucked up the subfloor and ditched the job which put our whole project in jeopardy. Tom was always available on the phone and was patiently explaining issues and solutions throughout. Joe is an excellent carpenter and executed the work brilliantly. Even did a Sunday shift to help us minimize the project delay as much as possible. What a great team we have had the privilege to deal with. Happy to vouch Tom and team to anyone who’s considering to start a new project involving flooring.

After using Elite Flooring Team in the past for my own property and being very happy, I asked them to do my work offices in safety flooring. Once again they provided an exceptional service. After getting a quote from a carpet shop we contacted Elite flooring. Tom advised us on what products to get and supplied and fitted it at a much cheaper price. When Tom realised we werent planning on doing our landing way as we didn't have the money and wanted to move into the property, he gave us some carpet he had in his van and fitted it for free so we didn't have exposed floorboards, to make it safe for our kids. Excellent service is an understatement. We highly recommend Elite flooring.
