  Absolutely delighted with the work from Elite Floor Maintenance. They completely transformed our original pine floors and brought them back to life. The sanding and finish are excellent, and the wood now looks bright, clean, and full of character while still keeping its natural charm. The team were professional, friendly, punctual, and left everything tidy afterwards. You can really see the attention to detail in the finished result.   I contacted Elite on a Monday morning and they replied within the hour. I followed up with details and photos, for sanding and re-treating a solid wood floor, and Mike was able to provide a quote the same day. We then booked in the work, for the Thursday. The team arrived promptly and set about the job very efficiently - and by early afternoon it was finished. I received the invoice and paid it the same day as the work. Great value and polite service - and a really high quality finish. Thanks very much - I would have no hesitation recommending Elite Flooring.

  Repairing the landing floor

  The two technicians turned up on time and got home with a job straight away. They were polite communicative, and to the job to a very high standard so the creaking on the landing floor has gone all together. The company was easy to deal with. I recommend them for this type of specialist work. it’s been a pleasure to deal with the company.

  Oak floor restored to new

  Elite Floor Maintenance have done a truly fantastic job restoring our oak floor. It now looks absolutely amazing — all water marks have been removed and the floor looks as good as new. The team were professional, punctual, and a pleasure to have in the house. The work was carried out as a dustless job, which made a huge difference, and everything was left clean and tidy.
