10 Unblocking of drains

Not to be trusted. I have no option but to take legal action to remedy or request part repayment of works. Essentially Luke attended site to unblock and replace pipework however the problem reoccured within 3 days of Luke carrying out work at my tenant's flat. At first Luke came across very professional and convinced me to pay him ahead of his payment terms which clearly was the wrong thing to do. My 70 year old disabled tenant has had no option but to leave the flat. Brilliant service, from start to finish. Likes phone did not stop ringing whilst on site and some work that man has keeping everyone happy whilst still managing to clear my blocked drain thank you so much for your friendly Manor and great service luke.Verified reviewerJob location: CT142.75 Luke came on an emergency call out which cost a fortune and actually made the problem worse

I now cannot use my bathroom sink or shower as water is coming through the kitchen ceiling. Luke promised he would come back on the Monday, no show and not even got the politeness to send a message or answer our calls.
