James was friendly, polite and efficient. Good clear communication when arranging the job. Swift completion and good explanation of the tasks completed.

James was great, the job was not straightforward due to the fittings being an unconventional size. He called a tiler to supply and replace 2 tiles and you honestly can't see the difference. The job was completed clean and tidy. The new shower is awesome great pressure and no more leaks .

James provides a very good service. He replaced our leaking unvented hot water cylinder at short notice after explaining all the options available. He is friendly and approachable and the quality of workmanship is very high. Pipework, neatness and professional pride. I cannot speak highly enough of James and the work he completed for us. Everything was done very neatly and in the time he estimated at the beginning. He is very approachable and professional and willing to explain anything I didn't understand. The products used are of very high quality, I am very pleased with the complete overhaul of my heating and water system. James also was happy to help out with some additional plumbing projects and again were completed to the highest of standards. I highly recommend Elite Plumbing and Heating to anyone and will be using them again in future.
