Be very wary when using this company. I had some work done by them through an estate agent. They charged £54 call out fee, which is for an hour and if they can fix the problem they will. Conveniently on this occasion they did not have the equipment to fix it there and then. They then came out and did the job a few days later and charged me £180, said the work took 2 hours. I've since spoken to the tenant who said to me that they were never there for more than an hour and in that hour the plumber spent a LOT of time at his van. The job was to fit a new waste, which doesn't take 2 hours.

He was very clean and did a thorough job. I would recommend him.

I have been using Elite for many years for many jobs and always happy with the service, highly recommend

3 different people out to do the job, while work was being carried out poor service but once the job was completed was good.

I can definitely say that I would recommend Elite Group to my close friends and family, excellent pair of engineers they have who fitted the boiler, cleaned up spotless and very polite. Excellent job ticked off the list.
