  I originally had another firm that was going to do it and they was going to charge me £380 for the work luckily they never turned up I phoned up this company Mark came round had a look told me my air vent had slipped a little bit and that was the reason I had a leak he said it was a 2 minute job and never charged me a penny he was such gentleman and honest he done the work sent me some pictures of what he had done I couldn't rate him any higher I recommend them to anyone that needs roofing done they wa so good

  Mark and his team were dependable,communicated really well and did all jobs within the times he had set out for it. He also stuck to the competitive price he had quoted and even did a couple of extra bits he came across and didn't charge me for those.Can't fault anything about this company. I would definitely recommend.

  Elite Home Care were very attentive and responsive when I got in contact with them about the potential job. They got in touch within a couple of hours to discuss when they good look at the problem and were very punctual when they came to fix the problem. Elite Home Care offered solutions on how the problem could be fixed and gave us options to choose. The prices were reasonable and the service they offered matched the quote. I would recommend this company for any roofing or guttering problems. They are responsive, efficient, fix problems and above all friendly.

• Replacement guttering plus installation of soffit vents

  Highly recommended. Replaced all guttering and downpipes. Decided that using deep flow guttering solution was best based on pitch of roof and increased volumes of rain that is becoming increasingly common. Wanted a solution that would provide peace of mind. Additionally they installation some soffit vents to improve the airflow in the loft. Mark and his team arrived on time and carried out the required work quickly and efficiently. Afterwards they cleaned up leaving no sign of their work. Mark's communication was first rate. Will have no hesitation in contacting and using them again.

  Mark was very good in quickly identifying the main issue that we had with our roof, explaining the work that needed to be done and why it needed to be done. Turning up on time to assess the work and then carry out the work to a high standard. Ensuring that once the work was done everything was quickly tidied away.
