  From first contact, John was efficient, professional, and quick to respond — providing a quote promptly and scheduling the work within days. His communication was excellent throughout. Scott and Elliot arrived on time, called ahead to confirm, and worked diligently to build custom shelving for 200-year-old alcoves with challenging, non-standard dimensions. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism were outstanding. The finish is superb and I’m absolutely delighted. Highly recommend Elite Installations NW.

  I recently used Elite Installations and couldn’t be more impressed with the service from start to finish. They responded speedily to my request on the app and made every effort to fit the job in promptly. On the day, they called ahead to let me know they were on their way. The door was fitted with care and precision, and although the handle I’d purchased wasn’t right, they went above and beyond to find a solution, ensuring the job was completed to a very high standard, and all mess tidied up. I am thrilled with both the workmanship and customer service - the finished result is fantastic!
