Completely unprofessional
Very unreliable and completely unprofessional. Stood us up from a quotation twice with no notice. When trying to communicate regarding rescheduling or understanding the suppliers that Erol works with, he not once responded to the messages. When he stood us up the second time, he was terribly rude on the phone. Obviously not going to trust this person to carry out any work on the house given how he has treated us.

Thank-you for your comment. We endeavour to get back to all our clients at our earliest convenience, as you can imagine these are very busy times and sometimes our workmen are unable to confirm appointments and apologies that you were missed. We have had one of our vans broken into and another car stolen just recently so communication was slightly blurred as the company was dealing with a lot of unplanned circumstances behind the scenes. I do believe a negative comment wasn't needed at this stage as we give our time freely for quotes and takes up a number of hours to visit, quote in the background and then plan the work. We do not get paid for this it is a free service we offer. I understand you may of been let down by the free quote but it was due to circumstances beyond our control. Apologies once again.
