Removed old bitumen felt replaced damaged boards and fitted new rubber system roof also replaced gut

New facias, dry ridge tile, dry verge and new guttering
Elite Roofing - John Stephenson - has completed a first class job on our rotting facias. All old wood removed and new facias, guttering, dry ridge tile, dry verge , repair of our chimney and repair work on our flat roof bay window was carried out. John and his workers were extremely efficient, very conscientious and very hard working. They were also extremely tidy and cleaned and swept everywhere when our roof work was completed. Replacement roofs on two bay windows and a porch, plus replacement UPVC fascias and guttering.
What a find this company is! Turned up when they said they would, excellent communication throughout, worked hard all day every day and were a pleasure to deal with. Soffits, Fascia, dry verges, guttering.

Removal of insecure mortar from gable edges and replaced with dry verge caps in dark grey.
Work started without delay and completed within 2 days in spite of adverse weather conditions, particularly on first day with brisk wind and showers. Damage to edges of roof discovered on 3 of the 4 gable ends, which entailed removal of the bottom 3 rows of tiles, removal and replacement of rotted timbers and roofing felt with new. Removal of cracked, loose mortar on all gable ends, including the lower roof over the garage, entrance porch ad downstairs loo. A full roof refurb
Workmanship: Not the best, Main roof had gaps between old and new tiles and when it rains water comes in through the nails. Cosmetically the roof looked better before. Small roof on the Separate toilet looks like a child has put it together - Comment from another Roofer today 05/01/22. Tidiness: Carelessness with old tiles and nails damaging my ground slabs. Had to clean up at the end of the day. Reliability: On time for the week they worked, but had to chase when John he didn't turn up to return to fix issues on main roof.
