Gary and Holly were absolutely brilliant! They turned up on time every day and kept us in the loop if there was ever going to be a delay, like when they had to pick up materials. They always made sure everything was tidy before they left, which we really appreciated. Their work is top-notch—the bathroom looks amazing! They did all the tiling, fitted a new suite, and built a brand-new shower where there wasn’t one before. We’re so happy with how it all turned out!

From the moment communication started, they were very professional, friendly and helpful. They came out the same day, at the time stated, and checked all possible areas. Although we were lucky on this occasion and we didn’t need work doing, I would have been happy for any work to be carried out, and have already asked for a quote for another job. Overall a fantastic experience with a very knowledgable person.

Gary was professional and so helpful! His communication skills was so reliable and easy going. Gary was able to come over at a time that suited me. He identified where the leak was coming from and just got on with it. He was so efficient and professional, he put me at ease straight away. Highly recommended Gary!
