    No work carried out

    I spoke to Shaun on the phone and told him about some work that I had for him. He suggested 9am on 7th December and asked that I text the address to him which I promptly did after our call. I sent a follow up text and a call the day before to confirm the appointment but neither was responded to. I placed a further call at 9am on the day of the appointment when it became apparent that he was not going to show, but unfortunately he did not answer the call then either. A poor experience.

    Bathroom - re-grouting, replacing faulty tap, replacing shower screen.

    Blocked Toilet.

    The job took less than 1hr. From the time that I called to the plumber arriving was less than 1hr. The call was pleasant and informative and from the start I was given an assured 'Can Do' attitude. I am very pleased with the outcome.

    Fixed Bathroom WC Inflow.

    SAS were responsive to my initial message and were able to come the next day. They explained their approach clearly and I was very happy with the work done with minimal damage to the bathroom. Anthony finished the work quickly, found a clever solution to future maintenance and left it looking neat and tidy at the end of the job.

    Waste Pipe on shower was leaking

    Called Shaun in the morning to report the leak and outline the issues, he arrived later that day, a little later than anticipated. But his work was top notch, very friendly and informative. Would defo recommend to other people.
