    I recently had work done by Elite Roofing Wales and couldn’t be happier with the results. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The team was friendly, punctual, and kept me informed throughout. A special mention to Gareth, the owner, who was approachable, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies I looked at, and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. Everything was left clean and tidy afterwards, which I really appreciated.     Avoid Elite Roofing Wales

    I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy! Disgraceful customer service. Full of false promises. Tradesman urinated on driveway in public view. Very unprofessional

    Guttering and fascia replacement

    Quote received by email for different job at different address. Fascia and guttering put on with two inch batten which is totally inadequate and fascia on side of house screwed into rotten wood and falling off after two weeks. Contacted Gareth Harding who has said will resolve but keep getting excuses as to why he can't come to fix. Also was to be sent guarantee, still waiting.

    Replacement of guttering and facias

    Showed up to do job. Told me it was complete so I paid. Realised it wasn't so I contacted him to come and complete work. Stood me up 4 times and rearranged dates 5 times. Became very difficult to contact. Realised work that was done wasn't working - water falling down wall,not staying in guttering in one section and pooling in guttering in another. Asked for refund. Suddenly he wants to come and complete job. I now have no confidence in his work or that he'll turn up. No refund so far. He had said that the work was guaranteed for several years.
