    Replacement of leaking flat roof

    Fantastic service from a professional team. They explained the issue clearly, quoted reasonably, carried out all works as promised and kept us up to date with progress throughout. Still very happy with the work 18 months later

    New roof to building and refurbished roof surfaces

    Prompt and excellent roofing company. Elite have undertaken lead and slate roof repairs to a good standard. The replacement of a whole roof in Central London was undertaken to the same standard

    Did not turn up to job

    Was assured Leigh would be going to the job contacting the tenants directly and he never did and never got into contact to tell us otherwise.

    Patching and repairing a slate roof, coping stones and re-sealing a bay window

    I've used Elite twice. They were great the first time; punctual and communicative. I'm really sad to now be posting a negative review, but they've abandoned a second job without completing it and are not responding to me. I've been left with some cracked masonry repairs on the roof and missing lead flashings above my bay window (which they admitted they forgot to install) which have resulted in leaks in my house destroying new paint and plaster work. All very distressing.

    Roof repair and window painting

    Leigh and Harry did an excellent job, and I would recommend them for their skills at heritage roof work. They also decorated the exterior of the sash windows, and again did a good job. The job did take a while due to rainy weather, a couple of weeks in all, but Leigh kept me updated throughout.
