Initially was impressed by Conrad who priced up work gave a fair quote however the exterior to both windows is uneat, pointing is shocking, and left a messy work area asked to return to fix the messy work which they did to finish some bits which they Did not fix silicone pointing is crumbling and flaking was told it would dry nicely and it's not. Silicone is peeling off and thick at bottom of window very noticeable too. When asked to return again to fix they said nothing else they could do and looks fine.. it does not! had another professional out who reported it's not up to trading standards.

Can't fault any part of the service, from a straightforward initial assessment and pricing through to completion.

Josh from Elite came to our home. Chatted about colour and style we liked. He then put our ideas into his laptop to show us their door designs. 4 weeks later new door and frame fitted. Our new door is stunning and very good quality.

I thought the casing round the doors in kitchen would have been done but are still wood

Reached out the morning of the first working day after I put my request out, they turned up within half hour to do a quote and then carried out the job there and then. Very happy
