Toilet kept refilling/ water constantly trickling into bowl. We'd bought a new Fill Valve but wanted a Pro to tell us what the problem was first, then fix. Could then return Fill Valve if needed. PRO's *Fast at responding *Arrived next day *Main gentleman - friendly/ helpful CON's *Just changed part I already had and said it would fix issue, but it's worse *I text within 30 days but no reply OTHER *Arrived in a 'personal' car, no signage/ business vehicle *No notice that 2 men would enter the property (Actually made me feel quite uncomfortable and was home alone with my child) Refund please

Clarified and explained the issue timeously. Both were courteous and polite. Explained cost of repair and timescale clearly. A good tidy job.
