Initial deteriorating mortar across the roof turned out to be more serious with failing roof structure (crumbling mortar, ageing valleys, loose interfaces, damaged flashing, insufficient rafters to provide stability +++). Project Manager George diagnosed each of the elements providing clear video explanations & recommended to lift & replace roof using a dry ridge system. Videos provided of completed work too showed work done to a high standard. The team (Harry & his team) were very professional, friendly & efficient in the work they carried out.

Be careful. They are very persuasive and seem more interested in increasing the scope of work than solving the problem. Due to my own naivety, I ended up paying double the original quote and still had to fix areas of water ingress.
