Patio laid
Mark was fantastic, very honest, tidy and did a real quality job for us! Everything was done as discussed and very efficiently, we have had so many compliments on the results. Great value for money too!

Drop inspection covers and replace steps with slope. Also repair loose paving slabs.
Full and open discussion concerning work to be done, plus offering other suggestions.

Design and lay two patios with connecting paths, design and build a wildlife pond wall
From first contact with Mark on the phone to discuss a visit for a quote to delivering the projects he was respectful, honest and trustworthy which as a woman was very important to me. He has a professional approach and takes a great deal of pride in delivering a high quality project. The team who all share the same values built two patio areas with linking paths as the main project. As a second project, the team built a wildlife pond wall and a small raised lawn area with sleepers. He kept us fully informed all the way through and it was a pleasure having the team working with us.

Retaining Walls, Fence Build and Hard Landscaping
Mark and his team did an incredible job of supporting us through the process, from Quoting to aftercare. His quote was excellent considering the work he carried out, and has been completed to a very high standard. Nothing was too much trouble, especially as changes were made by us mid-project, which he factored in without issue. What was excellent is that Mark clearly wanted to do a fantastic a job and takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend Mark and his team.

Large concrete base and landscaping
Mark contacted me after I put my job on check a trade, he came and priced the job taking all measurements for work required before sending me through a very reasonable quote. Having never undertaken any sort of building work before, Mark's communication was outstanding! Answering all my queries straight away. Our job was carried out with no fuss and exactly in the time frame given. Mark couldn't be more helpful, his work was clean, tidy and extremely thorough. The finished job is perfect, better than we imagined it to be! I would highly recommend Ellis&Burton and will definitely use them again.
