Matt was super friendly and helpful on the phone arranging for one of his workmates to attend my home and fix a broken pipe leading to the sink. He gave me a plan of stopping the water from leaking for before his workmate Louis would be arriving. Louis did a great job at replacing the pipe and fixing everything. Really happy with the work done and would highly recommend! Nice to have tradesman that do their job well!

Great communication, great service. Ellis Plumbing answered my post about a leak coming through our bathroom ceiling quickly and were round to review the issue the next day. After diagnosing the problem they stopped the leak at source and were back within a few days to fit a new valve to sort it permanently. Throughout they were great at communicating.

Excellent service even contacted me on a Sunday . Arrived the next day when he said he would and very fast and efficient. Will definitely be using Matt again.

After reaching out for emergency support via Check A Trade, Ellis plumbing was first to respond within 30 mins. Some guidance was provided at the time which helped minimise the damage. The following afternoon Ellis Plumbing turned up on time and quickly ascertained what the issue was and continued to do a reliable repair. Both engineers were very polite and good communicators. I am very happy with what they did and highly recommend them.
