Excellent service from start to finish. E.L.M. carried out our new dropped kerb and reinstated the old one, and we are extremely pleased with the result. They responded quickly, visited the site promptly, provided a clear quote, and communicated brilliantly throughout. Luke and Ellen have been excellent, kind and very professional to work with. I am very pleased with the work which has been done. Ellen and Luke came round to look at what needed to be done, they made suggestions and sent a quote, further quotes were provided and paving suggested in order to firm up and agree initial thoughts. The work was started on the date agreed. I needed a path and new patio. Luke and his team worked extremely hard, they were all polite and professional their work ethic impressive. After being let down by other contractors for a dropped kerb I contacted Luke and Ellen. They both came out for the quote which i accepted as this was very reasonable for the work I was after. The S171 licence was applied for by Ellen and a date given to me in advance. Luke and Harvey then came out to do the work as arranged leaving me with a solid neat job and cleaned up after themselves. Their communication, professionalism and work ethic is absolutely outstanding and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Ellen and Luke responded promptly to my enquiry. They attended the site as arranged and showed knowledge and insight. The work was completed as described on time ( even adjusting the work days to allow maximum drying time before next bin collection). The whole team were courtious and accommodating . Fantastic job from start at quote stage, where Ellen and Luke came to personally view and price the job, through to applying for the relevant road licence and then carrying out the work itself, everything was well managed and I was kept informed along the way. Really professional and friendly experience, I would highly recommend!
