Really poor. Unreliable in terms of start date and communication through the process, did turn up eventually and in fairness worked hard to complete the job, but since completion we have had nothing but problems - faulty electrics (confirmed as dangerous by a professional electrician) leaking radiator, and now a completely blocked bath. Have spent hundreds fixing stuff and may have to rip it all out and start again. Beware.

Absolutely awful work...took a year to fit a bathroom and we have had numerous ongoing issues, leaks, poor electrical work. Never turned up when he said he would. Avoid like the plague.

Mark Hughes is a fantastic tradesman, the quality of his work is exceptional. His attention to detail and desire to do a great job are second to none. We had been very badly let down by a previous tradesman who left our bathrooms with leaks and shoddy workmanship amongst other issues. Mark was willing to take on the job and completely redo our bathrooms to a very high standard and throughout the time he was working his friendly and positive attitude made it a pleasure to have him around. His prices are extremely good and the workmanship is extremely high. We cannot recommend him enough.

We had Elmeast supply and install our kitchen and Bathroom and we couldn't be happier with the end result ,from start to finish we were kept informed on everything and the jobs were finished on time and to a very high standard ,We have already recommended them to our friends .
