The window looks fantastic,blending with the existing glazing, this involved cutting a new aperture through a first floor cavity wall, installing the window including matching exterior brickwork and tiled sill, installing an interior window-sill plastering the surround and making good. Dean (the builder) did all the work himself in 2 days, the finish is outstanding. Also, despite having to deal with messy cinder block and plastering upstairs the house and garden are spotless. I cannot recommend his work highly enough JUST BRILLIANT!

We had a single story extension built. The builder we used was good but lost commitment to us meaning quality tailed off and jobs were completed as quick and cheap as possible leaving a lot to be desired. The 8 week project took 8 months. In the end we had enough and sacked him. Wish we had found Jodie sooner, on time, on budget, courteous, "do it once, do it right". Its an expensive lesson finding a good builder and we have learned our lesson. If your builder stops showing up, get rid, and call Jodie, there will be no more nonsense and faith in the build trade will be restored.

Dean done an amazing job at our house and it has made such a difference also giving sound advice on what the best options. A good quality job, both workmanship and materials.

Very happy with the finished conservatory and all stages of the demolish/build were stress free thanks to Dean's attention to the detail. He was responsive when the weather slowed down progress and worked hard to keep to his deadlines, I would definitely recommend to others.

Dean was outstanding both in the quality of his work and his commitment to see the work was completed on time and within budget. Despite glitches created by the company supplying the kit conservatory Dean overcame these in a professional manner and on time. Dean travelled a great distance to complete the work which was accurate clean and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending Dean and Elm Property Services Ltd.
