The man from ELR engineering Limited phoned me within half an hour of putting the ad up and arranged to come to my address the very next day on a Sunday as well at 8:20 in the morning he turned up no exactly what he was doing sorted my air-conditioning out without any problems absolutely fantastic and would recommend this person to anyone and I will be keeping his number in case I need him again

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I sent an enquiry on a Sunday and was genuinely surprised to receive a reply the very same day, followed by a home visit the next. Everything was explained clearly, with sensible advice on the best units for my living room and transparent pricing from the start. Four days after my first message, the installation was complete, with every cable and pipe neatly hidden and the room left spotless. Four other company which I contacted had weeks of waiting, so thank you E.L.R for making my home comfortable so quickly.

Nick was able to quote quickly and complete the work the same week. He was knowledgeable about the various brands, positioning of units and sizing etc. Nick and his team did a great job, the work was completed quickly and they left the house very tidy. We are very happy!
