Sherif and team did a total refit of my main bathroom, repairs to my en-suite bathroom and repaired a hole in the floor of the bathroom/ceiling of the lounge. Throughout the entire process Sherif was courteous, considerate and communicative. He went above and beyond to help me to source materials and to get the finish I wanted. He worked to a challenging timetable and schedule and a changing specification without a single complaint. The finish is incredible. Beyond what I had hoped for. Can’t recommend him highly enough. I will be using him for all my future projects.

I had received the quote of £2905 which included moving kitchen unit but due to lack of space behind the unit this was not possible yet when it came to the payment he insisted that this payment be made. When I refused he refused to complete the job and left without fitting the shower valve and left the pan in a wobbly state as it has not been fixed to the floor. Tiling is of poor quality. Even the pipe work for the shower valve is not in the centre so all in all disaster of a job. Main Job was for shower refurshment

Mr Samaan has shown carefulness, integrity, kindness, humbleness and respect whilst doing my tasks. He has completed the tasks: Bathroom Fitting, Patio and Building. His work is exceptional and it is utterly marvelous. I rate his work an 11/10.

I have just had major work carried out by Elsaman Ltd, the job was completed with very high levels of quality, skill and care. We hired Sherif’s firm to carry out several high spec jobs in our Victorian house in W7. We were impressed with everything about Sherif from first contact through to the end of the works. He was super reliable, tidy, courteous and the work was completed to a very high standard. He took time to listen to our ideas and concerns, his quote was clear and reasonable and he was extremely respectful of our home throughout. Very tidy, easy to communicate with and most importantly a genuine, friendly person who delivered everything he promised on time, in budget and above our expectations.
