Kevin was genuinely brilliant from start to finish. Super thorough, explained everything really clearly, and went massively above and beyond trying to find the cause of the issue. He spent ages checking absolutely everything properly, kept us updated throughout, and was honestly just such a lovely chap to have around the flat. You can really tell he cares about doing a good job rather than rushing through things. Would 100% recommend Kevin to anyone needing plumbing/help around the home 😊

This plumber was extremely helpful both on the phone and in person, he treated my elderly mother with respect and made sure not only that she understood the work he had done but also called me to let me no when he arrived/left and the work done and price that had been charged, I would highly recommend this man

We have been having on going issues with our underfloor heating for 8 months and spent so much money with other engineers trying to get it done, but to no avail. Kevin came and inspected and diagnosed the problem within an hour and returned and managed to fix it in a day. He explained the problem with detail and made that easy for me to understand. He was also really nice and warm which made me feel comfortable as a woman on my own in the house. He is now my go-to engineer and plumber. Thanks Kevin!

We have just moved into our new home and our toilet started to show a leak. Kevin came round, found the source of the leak. Kevin was very tidy and very polite. Would definitely recommend him in the future.

Our CH boiler stopped working on Saturday morning. Called our maintenance company who didn't pick up (I discovered later that they had gone into administration) so I found Kevin on Which Trusted Traders. Kevin was busy working elsewhere on Saturday but came on Sunday; he diagnosed the problem (a faulty circuit board) and on Monday he picked up a replacement and fitted it (even though it meant coming straight from a funeral he had attended).
