I had Daniel booked in for some electrical testing and we agreed 9am. I called him after 9am to see if he was still coming. He said ‘ermmm what’s the time now then?’
I said ‘it’s 5 past 9 Dan!’
He said ‘oh ok well I’ll be there in a bit!’
I explained I had a client call at 10am and he said ‘ok will be there in 10 mins’
10 mins later he calls me to say he’s still 30 mins away. Totally unprofessional, appalling nonchalant attitude and would never recommend him to anyone.

The Booking was 9-10, i explained to the agent who made the booking. i was only 15min not 30 min away which would have been 25past, agreed slightly late than 9 but still within the agreed time slot. Apologies for inconvenience caused.
