Old radiator removed and new radiator installed on opposite side of the room
Can’t fault Elvis plumbing, from the moment they responded to the job advert they came out promptly to quote and offer advice. The quote was accurate and they fitted the job into their busy schedule which we really appreciated. Both guys were extremely polite and cleaned up after themselves. They arrived on time and we’re very professional. I’d be very happy to recommend them to family and friends and will certainly use them again for future jobs.

No communication
Based on good reviews on this site I phoned and was informed that would be in touch later in the day. Stayed in and no response to messages. Would have followed up other firms if he'd let us know . Very disappointing.

Installing a new shower head
They approached me within minutes of publishing the job, after that we had constant communication. Best yet they turned up on time, kept to the quote they gave me was courteous the entire time. Tradesmen like that are worth their weight in gold nowadays, i'll definitely use them again!
