    Reliable & thorough boiler installation & gas safety

    Ben came to do our gas safety check and very quickly established the boiler had been installed incorrectly before we had moved in and was extremely unsafe. His priority was our safety and doing a thorough job. He capped our gas off immediately and helped us source a new boiler. He then re-attended promptly to install the new boiler. Ben has also registered our new boiler. Ben was very thorough in assessing our property for leaks and kept us very well informed and involved throughout the process. He was also very easy to work with, a nice person and a tidy worker. We are grateful for his help.

    Excellent service from Emani Plumbing. They carried out a thorough boiler service with great attention to detail and took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I understood each step. Highly recommend their services and will definitely be using them again in the future.

    Boiler repair and service following no hot water

    Ben was exceptionally responsive given that this was an emergency bank holiday repair and we had a young child. He offered different options based on how quickly we wanted to address the problem and cost implications of call out fees. He was prompt and gave a clear account of what he was doing and why and had problems resolved swiftly.

    Drain unblocking

    Ben is awesome. Came round on a Sunday within 1 hour, to unblock a kitchen drain. Turned out to be much more complicated than first thought but Ben solved the problem and his fees were reasonable. THANK YOU.

    Faulty boiler

    We called Emani Plumbing and Heatong to fix our boiler which stopped working due to a blockage,leaving us without heating and hot water. Ben arrived within the same morning, identified and resolved the issue,whilst also providing boiler maintenance. Communication was easy and straightforward. Ben was super efficient and cared to explain each steps of the process and the tests that he ran to make sure everything was working properly. Highly recommend 👌
