  Roof replacement

  We recently had our roof replaced by Embc, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the result. After a previous builder attempted the job and left it in a worse state, with leaks and ongoing issues, we were hesitant to trust someone new. But from the first visit, Embc were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced.They took the time to assess the damage properly, explained what had gone wrong previously, and outlined exactly how they would fix it. The work was completed efficiently, and the results speak for themselves, not badly priced either. There are reliable builders out there!

  Amazing Service

  Can’t recommend enough. I had already spent time and money with previous builders trying to fix an internal structural issue in my home, and the issue was not resolved and I was left out of pocket. I cannot fault the service received from East Midlands Building Contractors. They were professional, found the cause of the problem and fixed it. They turned up on time and as promised. Will be using them for any future building work.

  Full Home Renovation by EMBC

  We used East Midlands Building Contractors for a full renovation of our home between 2023-2024. From the beginning, Umar was punctual, attentive to detail and extremely helpful in offering us advice on how to achieve our goals, whilst being highly competitive on price. Umar and his team were excellent throughout the build, where they removed multiple chimneys and ensured all work met regulations, completed extensive plastering work as well as an array of building work to totally update the layout of our home as we desired. Overall, I highly recommend EMBC and will be using them again!

  New roof

  Amazing from start to finish. Had a few issues previously with my roof after I had a Del Boy job but EMBC stepped in and did a fantastic job communication with the Gaf was spot on and the workers no messing about attitude was there to get the job sorted my roof is now looking strong and the finish of the work with the tiling looks amazing deffo recommend thank you again
