The work actually was completed in 4.5 hours Ben turned up bang on time and never stopped until he had finished he tidied as he went and epitomised a true craftsman but also polite and mindful that he was in someone's house. In short he delivered exactly what was in the quotation would be happy to recommend him to anyone.
