Communication was a bit hard with the office at the beginning but once the job was booked everything was okay. The only thing is that they arrived almost one hour late but they did a fantastic job. Very satisfied with the result.

The team were so efficient and the work was impeccable. Their attention to detail meant that my property felt brand new for the next tenants!

Flavia and the team have always been great. They leave lovely little touches around the house, like nice folding patterns on the towels and tissue, and they're very polite and cheerful. I trust them completely with the house. Sometimes when I mention they can depriortise a room because I'm worried they won't get time, they often still accomplish cleaning the room anyway. They go above and beyond with their work. Highly recommend them!

We use Emerald Cleaning for our weekly cleans. Such lovely people, and with a group, they’re done so quickly! Great standard of work - happy we found them!
