Was lucky enough to have Matt call me up and told me he could drop by on the way back from his first Job. Wasted no time in working out the issue, wasn't as straight forward as I had imagined but Matt managed to work the issue out and luckily sort the wiring out. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Matt answered soon as I called. I explained the problem and we quickly exchanged numbers. I sent Matt pics of the timer and he responded with pics and cost of a replacement thermostat and timer. I already had a replacement but was impressed with his proactiveness. Matt didn’t leave until all my issues had been resolved even though I paid him for an hour. To top it all off I overpaid him by mistake. 2 mins later Matt was at the door returning my overpayment. Couldn’t speak of Matt highly enough. He was professional, courteous and patient. Matt was courteous and proactive over the phone as soon as I explained the problem. I messaged him on WhatsApp showing photos of my heating programmer etc. Matt quickly sent me details of a replacement - cost, pics etc. Matt and his colleague arrived bang on time and didn’t leave until all my issues had been resolved. I will 100% recommend him to family and friends and I’ve also saved his number for any subsequent electrical problem I may have in the future. I initially had Steve recommended to me when I had a kitchen refit, he did a complete rewire, all new ceiling lights and undercupboard lighting. I then got him back in later in the year to change out all the plug points in the conservatory and decommission an old wire running into the garden.
