Genuine experience, pleaasant guys but cleaned gutters, left what was in the gutters lying on the ground around the property, tried to contact then, no response to my calls, escalated issue. Poor standard as a trade.

Hi Angela, I'm sorry you're disappointed. The agreed work was to clear the gutters and clean the exterior PVC, which was completed. The gutter debris was bagged and removed from site, so I don't accept that it was left around the property. You had already advised the fascia paint was deteriorating and due to be repainted, and the later requests were for additional cleaning outside the agreed scope. I also tried to arrange a return visit but received no confirmation. I wish
