Course of bed bug treatment
I am very pleased with the service provided. Ken was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in explaining what to do and not to do after treating my home for an unwanted bed bug infestation. The price was as agreed at the outset and Ken always arrived on time and finished each of the four visits necessary in the time expected. Good efficient administration as well. I thoroughly recommend this company if you need to use them.

Excellent service from these guy’s prompt, polite, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced too. Ken went out of his way to help and in only two visits problem solved.
Getting rid of mice in the house
Second time we have used this company and despite new personnel it was the same polite, efficient and effective service. Jenny in the office was very helpful and arranged for a quick visit to take place. Ken arrived and was knowledgable and reassuring. The mouse problem was solved after a couple of visits . Would throughly recommend.
Mice activity
Reasonably priced with excellent time keeping for scheduled visits carried out by Ken who on arrival explained each step of the process for the treatment of mice. Polite and friendly, a very positive experience.
Mice in the loft
Job done very well. Ken was really friendly and helpful. And also lallayed my fears that it was not rats. Very punctual and left no mess. Third time I’ve used the company, and mice being what they are I’ll probably need him again in the future.
