Price covers standard kitchen sink blockage removal. More complex blockages requiring specialist equipment or extensive pipework disassembly may incur additional costs. A fixed price will be agreed upon before any additional work is undertaken. Price assumes easy access to under-sink pipework.

• Inspection of the blocked drain
• Removal and cleaning of the waste trap
• Clearing blockage from waste trap and accessible pipework
• Reassembly of the waste trap and pipework
• Testing the drain to ensure it is flowing freely

• Clearing blockages beyond accessible pipework (may incur extra charge)
• Replacement of damaged or corroded pipework (additional quote will be provided)
• Drain cleaning chemicals (unless specifically requested)
• CCTV drain survey
• Unblocking external drains or sewers

• Please ensure there is clear access to the under-sink area. Provide details of any previous attempts to unblock the drain. If the sink is still under warranty, please provide details as this may affect the repair options.
