  Replacing a small double glazed window pane.

  Lewis appeared without our agreement, while I was consulting a patient and my wife was busy following her yoga class. Very pushy and imposing. The work was done later on but unclean. When I asked for a receipt afterwards and having paid him, he said he would send it by email. Chased him up but he said his computer was broken. Numerous communications by text and phone calls the following days made no difference even though I told him I would complain. I checked with others who had contacted me and they were by far cheaper. He charged me £250 cash for a very small window pane. My fault.

  Knocked down and re built a small lean-to

  The work has mostly been completed but there is still things that need to be done and they said they will be back to finish it on Monday. I have tried to call and messaged them multiple times and have no response. They were also meant to take away all the rubbish and have left the old door and quite alot of the bits of roof were just left and not cleared away.

  I did contact this customer to explain that my phone number was out of use for a few days. And I explained this via Internet whats app connection. We quoted this job and also commented this job within the same week. As the customer requested as fast turn around. We didn't turn up on the Monday to finish of due to not able to get in contact with you. Alternatively we come out on the Wednesday. All needed to be done was 20 min on sit sealing around the roof. I am disappointed in this review.

  Emergency bording done within the hour. Returned next day to fit unit
