Provided us with the an engineer very quickly, in order to identify the issue with our boiler and the boiler was replaced within 2 days of initial call out. Thank you.

My mother is nearly100 years old, and her boiler had stopped working, her normal supplier were totally unhelpful, I called Emergency Hero and they sent an engineer in just 4 hours, he got the boiler fixed and was very professional and courteous Excellent service
