    Watch out for Emergency hero introduction fee

    Emergency hero are not transparent about their fees. When I contacted them Wednesday they told me a plumbers costs & that they would take a “deposit” . They didn’t tell me they charge £150 to introduce me to a plumber! So it wasn’t a DEPOSIT at all! Deposits are taken off the balance-this is a charge! It would have affected my decision to use them as the call out ended costing me £450 with their fees & plumber didn’t fix it!

    Great trustworthy service

    I’d bought a new bathroom sink and needed it plumbed in. The old sink had some random home fixing requiring replacement parts - this was all smoothly organised and completed all within quote. I really would recommend this company.

    Highly recommend

    Diagnosed the problem and was very helpful with the next steps. The callout was at an antisocial hour but the callout time was very quick. Really appreciated his guidance and advice about how to fix the problem. Will definitely recommend him and use him for future works
