  Great workmanship, prompt arrival, good price

  Our Yale lock had slipped…so possibility of being locked out. Sam was great..he contacted us very quickly and was here the next day. Super efficient. He not only changed the faulty lock but also fitted our other new chrome fittings. I am so impressed with his prompt arrival and the excellent job he did. I would definitely use him again.

  Front lock and gear mechanism replacement

  Really happy with the service. They came out on a Sunday and replaced our door handle, lock and gear mechanism the same day. They quickly found the problem, explained everything clearly, and were friendly and respectful. The only slight downside was that we were told they’d be back in 1 hour with the parts, but it ended up being 5 hours. A quick update would have been nice but I understand they were travelling between different offices to find the right parts. I appreciated the effort they went to, especially staying until 10pm to make sure everything was fixed. I’d definitely recommend them.

  Really fast, professional service

  My front door jammed and the the team did a brilliant job, within minutes of posting Sam got in touch and within hours was at my house and had the door fixed and its perfect a massive difference. Thanks agin to the team would 100% recommend.

  Success in a crisis

  On the 15 July, we unfortunately locked oursleves out of the house. We found through Checkertrader - Locksmith Pros Ltd, who sent two wonderful young men, to help us in our crisis. They worked tirelessly in the heat to remove the lock chamber in our door and successfully replaced a new one. This was not an easy task, but perseveared and did an amazing job. Then they did an overal check of the locking mechanism in the door frame and we ended up with a much better working front door. These guys were very curtious, repectful and worked extremely well together. I would recommend them.

  Excellent Service, Professional Workmanship and Highly Recommended

  Called them after a bitter experience with another guy who left a complete mess! Nadir bhai and Sam were absolutely brilliant. They were professional, reliable, and took the time to properly diagnose and fix all the issues. They supplied the required parts, corrected the door alignment, and even checked and aligned my back door as well. Their workmanship, attention to detail, and customer service were excellent.
