DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We had a water leak in the bathroom and had to call out an emergency plumber on a Sunday morning. We were told that the charge was £70.00 for the first half hour plus parts and no mention was made of any further charges. The plumber did fix the problem and it took him 1 hour. He then charged us £766 for this work. We had to pay and we feel he took advantage of our age and health situation and was profiteering from this. Furthermore he positively discouraged us from claiming on our house insurance which, in hindsight was very strange. Please do not use this company.

Extremely professional, great communication and very reasonably priced for on the day urgent repair jobs !

Very professional service provided. Plumber was presentable & consulted us all the way through. He was very neat & tidy & friendly so we felt very relaxed. His work was very professional & we would highly recommend him & will certainly use him again.
