Received confirming text message appointment . John introduced himself arriving when stated by the text message.I demonstrated what the problem was. John checked the boiler fully and made adjustments having discussed the possible solutions with the manufacturer. The boiler now works as it should. John also suggested having the boiler cleaned from limescale or have the part changed at a later date. 10 out of 10 for the service , diagnosing and remedying the problem

John did incredible work for us. Fixing our dripping tap replaced with new. Very nice helpful man. Also noticed a minor leak under the sink that he also tightened up for us

Super responsive and excellent communication from start to completion of the job which unbelievably was less than 24 hours. John arrived as agreed, got the job done and explained everything very clearly. I would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely use again. Thanks so much ❤︎

My boiler had died & this lovely company came out late evening & mended it after I was let down by another company. The following day John came back & fully serviced my boiler replacing all the parts it required. He was professional, friendly, very informative & extremely tidy. I definitely recommend him & intend to use their services in the future.

2nd time Jo has helped out, 1st time was with a sudden water leak upstairs, 2nd time was with a boiler issue (no heating or hot water). Troubleshooting was top notch and then sorting out the issue again, great. Solid work as always Jo many thanks

John came round to replace the fan in my boiler and did a great job. He was right on time, really friendly, and left everything spotless. Would happily recommend him.
