I had an issue with my boiler and wasn’t getting any hot water. Joe came out within just a few hours and was excellent from start to finish. Before he even arrived, he reassured me that the job would take less than an hour and he was true to his word, completing the repair in around half an hour. Joe was friendly, personable and professional throughout. I really appreciated how quickly he responded and how efficiently he resolved the problem. I would definitely use him again for any future plumbing needs and would happily recommend him to others.

Received confirming text message appointment . John introduced himself arriving when stated by the text message.I demonstrated what the problem was. John checked the boiler fully and made adjustments having discussed the possible solutions with the manufacturer. The boiler now works as it should. John also suggested having the boiler cleaned from limescale or have the part changed at a later date. 10 out of 10 for the service , diagnosing and remedying the problem

John did incredible work for us. Fixing our dripping tap replaced with new. Very nice helpful man. Also noticed a minor leak under the sink that he also tightened up for us

My boiler had died & this lovely company came out late evening & mended it after I was let down by another company. The following day John came back & fully serviced my boiler replacing all the parts it required. He was professional, friendly, very informative & extremely tidy. I definitely recommend him & intend to use their services in the future.
