9.25Verified ReviewEmergency call-out at 01:20 due to a leaky pipe that we accidently put a nail through earlier in the evening but didn't realise until past 1am. Despite turning the stop cock off at the mains and draining the water tanks the pipe was still leaking with force. We kept a finger on the hole until the engineer arrived within half hour. He managed to sort out the leak and then returned the next day to fix the hole.
