They came to fix the leak, they took the money but the leak didn’t get fixed. Now I have to hire other people and pay them to get it properly fixed

Paul was excellent on first contact came out on Easter Monday to access damage. Reasonable cost and job was booked in with ease. The work was complete as well as additional work identified on back roof and chimney. Score is an 8 rather than a 10 due to the cement mess left on the path in front of house even though asking many times for it to be cleaned, he has not been back, so I now have to try and find something that will dissolve it and spend time doing it myself.

Came out promptly and did the job efficiently

Paul responded to the request very quickly gave a fair quote and turned up to complete the job when he said he would. The job turned out to be more difficult than anticipated but he found a solution and completed it within his quote. Kept us informed and tidied up after themselves. Would highly recommend them.
