Ken and his team were brilliant. He was a pleasure to deal with and turned up exactly when he said he would. The work was completed to a very high standard with Ken checking carefully with us at various points when any decisions needed to me made.

Ken did such a great job on my rental property in Isle Of Dogs, I asked him to come to Croydon to do a full boiler service, re-balance my radiators, sort out my Megaflo and fix a leaking radiator. Ken came over for most of the day and wouldn't stop until everything was done to his usual high standards. He didn't charge any extra because he had already quoted me the price. I really wish I'd found him earlier. He is reliable, conscience and takes the time to do a good job. Highly recommended - honest, polite, reliable and just an all-round great bloke. I found Ken on Checkatrade and chatted through the low pressure issue with my shower. He took the time to explain the detail of a few suggested options. After he visited, we discussed and finalised the details of what he would be doing and he helped me to choose the shower unit (which he supplied and fitted). Ken came on time, took his shoes off and was very respectful, very polite and clearly very knowledgeable. He completed all the work to a super-high standard. Such a lovely bloke – would highly recommend and will be calling him again to do any plumbing work - thank you so much Ken.

Ken was an excellent plumber. Very reliable - called me back straight away, listened to the issue I had, agreed a time and texted to confirm throughout the day. When he arrived he tried a variety of things to resolve the problem, brought parts from his van and then used initiative to resolve the issue. I now have a fast flowing basin for the first time ever! Not only this, he was honest and very well priced - no hidden costs and no stalling or slow work. Hands down the best tradesman experience I have ever had. If all tradespeople were like Ken the world would be a better place. Thank you!!
