Not the best!
The agreement was for labour and materials. 99% of the job was carried out but never finished so we've had to buy more materials and finish it ourselves. The materials we paid for were never left with us either. The work was ok but took forever( a 4/5 hour day is £200) I thought a working day was 8 hours? I contacted Richard regarding the issue and he said he would finish it but personal circumstances prevented this. I asked for a part refund to cover new materials but this has never materialised. Nightmare Blinds
So Richard at EML did an amazing job. I had bought some fancy blinds from Blinds2Go and the fittings were top mounting clips that required drilling and screwing into the window lintel. I spent a good 4 hours trying to fit them myself before giving up and looking for experienced help online. Richard got in contact and got me booked in within a couple of days.
