Nothing was cleaned
Booked a 3-hour clean. The cleaner arrived but did no work. When I returned home, nothing was cleaned - not the bathroom, kitchen, living room, bedroom, office, floors, or rugs. I paid for 3 hours but have no idea what the cleaner did. Threatening, aggressive call from eMop
The cleaner himself was absolutely amazing and a lovely man. However, towards the end of the clean I received a call from eMop. A man was extremely aggressive, practically interrogating me as I declined his offer for £150 off my next clean. He brought up details in my cleaning request form, that I was “away for 22 days” in a strange attempt to almost bully me into accepting his offer. After I politely declined his request for the 5th time, he commented “you want us to do all your dirty work”… Extremely strange and concerning, especially from someone who has access to my address.
