Great job, friendly and reliable

Electrician was on time and did a great job.

Great service and workmanship, left the place very tidy.

Perfectly done job, carried out within 24 hours of requesting it on checkatrade. I see why Emp 365 are a 5 star, giving them another 5* and will definitely use them again.

We had a power outage at about 8.00 pm and called EMP365. They came out within half-an-hour, found the fault on our system and restored power to our home. I would say they were highly efficient, friendly and helpful, and we would certainly use their services again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Turned up on time, was professional, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The quality of the work was excellent, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Really appreciated how clearly everything was explained, with no pressure or unnecessary upselling. It’s hard to find reliable tradespeople these days, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and will definitely use him again. Thanks again for a great job.
