Right from the first call, excellent service considering the Christmas period. Called them out to a blocked drain and all sorts of things go through your mind, collapsed drain, root damage etc. Visited by Brandon and he quickly found the problem, a blockage at a drain which was on paper Anglia Water's as it was between two properties. Blockage sorted swiftly, drains checked with the camera and reassured about the state of the drains. He also gave good advice about drain covers and general maintenance of drains. Top service and would highly reccomend.

Very professional outfit, good communication from start to finish. Engineer arrived and carried out the work as quoted. Remedial works were required and a quotation swiftly followed. Team arrived on time and on the date given, excavation was carried out within our front driveway over 2days, with minimal disruption.

I had two toilets and a sink that were all blocked where the pipes converge. After contacting a plumber and being let down multiple times, I called EMP Drainage. They quoted a reasonable fixed price and attended within 24 hours. They were far better than any plumber would have been, and got the issue investigated and solved quickly and professionally. I would definitely use EMP Drainage in the future and highly recommend them.

Fantastic job well done to these guys! From first call to leaving the job. They Came to investigate within 2hrs of my call… the smell has gone they cleared it straight away and left area clean after. Very polite will definitely recommend. Thanks again!
